Mrs. Virginia

What an amazing experience! I met some amazing women, hoping we can all keep in touch! I was voted the Contestant's Choice winner by my fellow delegates, that is such an honor. I am very grateful to everyone, this will stay with me forever. I loved this weekend it was just awesome! I am just so very honored to have been named Contestant's Choice I don't think words can describe it! Thanks again and hoping to keep in touch with everyone! Good Luck to the new Mrs. Virginia United States, Rachel Naugle McCarville! You will be great in Vegas. Go get 'em!

I would like to say thank you to everyone who helped me with this pageant. The pageant is just a few short days away, I'm excited, nervous and ready all at the same time. This is something I would love be, Mrs. Virginia, if the time is not right that will be fine. I wish all the other delegates all the best of luck! See you all on May 2nd in beautiful Williamsburg.

NCVRW

Today, April 26, 2009, I walked for the NCVRW, National Crime Victim's Rights Week. I walked 1o laps for the case of child and teen victimization. It was a beautiful day, so it made it much more than just walking it was about helping.

On April 25, 2009 I got to be a part of a great thing! This was the 5th annual Jon Bowling Memorial Bike Ride. Jon Bowling was a dear friend of mine as well as my husbands, he lost his life defending ours in Iraq. It was a gorgeous day and I know Jon was with us that day! We will never forget.

The Womanless Beauty Pageant

I was a special guest at the first Ms. Patrick County Womanless Beauty Pageant. This was a exciting, crazy and fun-filled fundraising event. This pageant helped to raise money for the S.C.A.T. program, or the after-prom committee. A lot of money was raised, along with every one's spirits. What a fun-filled evening!
